Hi Deb, Such a pretty greeting - a great way to start the morning.
Thanks for your message, I was touched! I handed in my thesis at the end of March but i am still mentally fatigued and also a bit over looking at the computer. I hope that I shake this off soon and get back to blogging (both reading and writing, as well as photo taking). I also started a new job in a private practice so it's been rather stressful. Hopefully, I will get back to myself and a more balance lifestyle soon.
Take care and have a wonderful weekend. I wonder which wine you will have to kick off the weekend... :-) It's cooler now in Sydney, so I am getting back into the reds.
That flower is so beautiful! Wow! I was talking to a friend who lived on Key West, and she said that you have to import (garden store, home depot etc) in all the soil to grow. Is that true? That is a lot of work.
Welcome! Come join me in my adventures of wine tasting and creative cooking sessions. All of these Sips & Bits from my home in the Southernmost City of Key West, unless I am visiting friends and family from my hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Cheers to you Deb, haave a great day! Beautiful photo!
This hibiscus flower is on my varigated hibiscus plant, of it was yesterday. Sadly, the bloom only lasts one day.
Hi Mike, I remember those days myself!
Hey Valli, I bet you had a great drive!
Thanks Wendy!
Won't be long Katie and you will be doing the same thing!
Thank you Gloria!
Hi Nora, glad you are hanging in there. Pour yourself another glass of that red wine!
I am glad you enjoyed Lori Lynn!
Hi Lannae, yep, pretty much so. We have no real dirt here! That is why I do so much gardening in containers.
Thanks Maria!
